Activity Days Projects

I love my calling. Here are a few projects we have been working on lately.
I teach the 10 & 11 year old Activity Day girls at church. We ALWAYS do really fun stuff. We just split the group of girls b/c the class was too big. Now I only have 6 instead of 13. It is so much easier. Here are a couple Activities I have done recently...

(* I'm all about credit. If someone gets an idea, joke, etc. from me and doesn't give me the credit I get mad...seriously. So I have to give the credit for the Birthday Calendar to my sister in-law Janel, totally all her idea!)

BIRTHDAY BOOK

Mother's Day Terra Cotta Pot's
CREDITS:  All Me :)

The girls enjoyed this. I bought plain terra cotta pots and spray painted them white. They used paint pens to decorate their pots. They are all so artsy fartsy. All the pots were so cute! They traced a flower cookie cutter and taped them each to colored straws and wrote sweet things about their Moms on each flower. Then I bought little foam balls that fit perfectly in the bottom of each pot which held the straws in place. Last but not least, they filled each pot with YUMMY chocolate. The pots can then be used as a pen holder for their desk at home/work, or a candy jar, etc. Cute idea huh?
